What personal data we collect and why we collect it

We only collect information about you if we have a reason to do so. We collect this information from two sources: if and when you provide information to us and automatically through operating our Services, and from outside sources. Let’s go over the information that we collect.

We use a contact form on the contact page in order for you to easily send us messages. This information is send via email to us and is not stored on site but in a mailbox. We clean our mailboxes once every second year, at that point all personal information is deleted. We do not use the information submitted through the contact form for any other purpose but to reply to your message. Information from cookies

We do not use cookies on our website.

Embedded content from other websites

Articles on this site may include embedded content (e.g. videos, images, articles, maps, etc.). Embedded content from other websites behaves in the exact same way as if the visitor has visited the other website.

These websites may collect data about you, use cookies, embed additional third-party tracking, and monitor your interaction with that embedded content, including tracking your interaction with the embedded content if you have an account and are logged in to that website.

Web Server & Server Log Files Privacy

We do not operate our own server. Our site is hosted by provider IP.GR. When you visit our website, information about your internet browser is automatically transmitted to our provider IP.GR – so-called server log files.

Server log files include:

  • Browser type and browser version
  • used operating system
  • Referrer URL
  • Hostname of the accessing computer
  • Time of the server request
  • IP address

The recording of these server log files is necessary for a technically error-free presentation and the optimization of our website. For reasons of technical safety, in particular to ward off attacks on our web server, we store this data for a short time. A conclusion on individual persons is not possible on the basis of this data. After seven days at the latest, the data is anonymized by shortening the IP address at the domain level so that it is no longer possible to relate to the individual user. The collection of the data for the provision of the website and the storage of the data in log files is essential for the operation of the website. There is consequently no contradiction on the part of the user.

The collection of this data is based on Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR. The website operator has a legitimate interest in the technically error-free presentation and the optimization of its website – for this, the server log files must be recorded.

Who we share your data with

We do not share your data with anyone.

How long we retain your data

Contact form submissions (names and email addresses) are stored until we clean our mailbox, unless you request a deletion.

What rights you have over your data

If we do hold any personal data on you, you can request to receive an exported file of that data. You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.
